Volunteers are truly the heart and soul of any health care facility and Citrus Valley Medical Center and Hospice are blessed to have a legion of helpers who give their time, love and energy to assist others.



These selfless individuals save the Foundation and hospitals thousands of dollars each year in staffing, event preparation, administration and social services, and we appreciate each and every thing they do.

We’re always looking for new individuals to join us in our mission. Interested in helping out? The following are a few of the areas for which the Foundation is currently seeking volunteers.

Special Events

Planned Giving Program—Volunteers with bookkeeping, money marketing, and investing skills are needed for our Planned Giving Program. For more information, please contact us at:

Hospital Auxiliaries—We have two hospital auxiliaries, one for Inter-Community and one for Queen of the Valley. These volunteers help visitors, sit with patients, run the gift shop and so much more. Interested parties should contact the following Volunteer Services Directors:
