Celebrate the birth of your child...
CradleCROWD, a special program of Citrus Valley Health Foundation, is an opportunity to commemorate the birth of your baby while supporting vitally needed services at Citrus Valley Medical Center (CVMC), such as our Family Birth & Newborn Center. CradleCROWD offers parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends a special way to honor a birth with an impression that lasts a lifetime. Plus, your tax-deductible contribution(s) help support your community hospital where the need is greatest.
On permanent display at the hospital…
For a contribution of $200, baby’s actual footprint is etched in laminated tile with his or her complete name and birth date. The tile is permanently placed on the CradleCROWD wall located in the Family Birth & Newborn Center at Citrus Valley Medical Center – Queen of the Valley Campus.
...Plus others to keep
In addition to the permanent display, we offer two keepsake options for you:
- For an additional tax-deductible contribution of $35, a laminated tile that has a felt back and comes with a gold easel will be sent to you as a keepsake for you to enjoy.
- Or, for an additional tax-deductible contribution of $40, you can honor your little one with a beautifully etched glass footprint ornament, complete with gold hanger. It’s perfect for a Christmas tree, light catcher or other display.
You may purchase as many keepsake laminated tiles and ornaments as you wish at the contribution amounts noted above. Whether you choose a tile or ornament—or both!—it makes a memorable gift for Mother’s or Father’s Day, Christmas or baby’s first birthday.
